Overview
This 3-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for diesel-powered Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty trucks (2020–2022, 4WD), providing improved stance, performance, and capability with clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty tubular replacement radius arms, a high-strength 1-3/8-inch solid steel adjustable track bar for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. In the rear, the kit uses a high-strength fabricated lift block and longer u-bolts. Precision-tuned nitrogen-charged shocks are included front and rear, available in NX2 Nitro Series, FOX 2.0 Performance Series, or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite configurations.

Important Notes
- Designed for use on diesel models, but can be installed on gas model trucks (will achieve an additional 1/2-inch front ride height).
- Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to brake line clearance requirements. Use recommended specifications listed in the tire and wheel fitment section.
- Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs.
- Due to the taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net the full advertised lift height. The final ride height will be the same as standard models.
- Some trucks with a rear driveline vibration may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear axle (Safety Recall 21S31). BDS recommends having this recall performed prior to installing the lift.
- Trucks without top-mounted overload springs require (x4) UBT4031, available to purchase separately.
