Equipped with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks featuring a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Overview

This 2.5-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS Suspension is engineered to improve the stance, ride, and capability of diesel-powered Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty trucks (2017–2019, 4WD). The kit provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires and includes everything needed for a complete bolt-on installation. Up front, the kit features diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty tubular radius arms, a high-strength 1-3/8-inch solid steel adjustable track bar for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, and brake line brackets. In the rear, a high-strength fabricated lift block and longer U-bolts are used to achieve a level stance.

The heavy-duty tubular radius arms replace the factory stamped steel units, mounting in the factory location while offering caster adjustment across a range of lift heights and OE-style rubber bushings at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, service-free operation. The diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs are full-length dual-rate units designed to provide the correct lift height and predictable ride across varied terrain. The BDS adjustable track bar — built from 1-3/8-inch solid steel stock and pre-assembled with bushings — allows the front axle to be recentered at the new lift height and bolts directly into the factory mounting points.

Important Notes

• Coil springs are designed for diesel trucks. Will work on gas trucks and will net roughly 3 inches of front lift.
• Mounting larger tires on factory wheels is not recommended due to potential brake line clearance issues.
• Factory track bar mounting bolt requires 405 ft-lbs of torque — plan ahead on how to achieve this torque specification.
• Fits SRW (Single Rear Wheel) models only.
