Overview
This 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion from BDS Suspension is designed for 2017–2019 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel-powered trucks. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-link control arms with conversion brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. At the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block or replacement leaf springs (depending on variant), longer U-bolts, and brake line brackets. Precision-tuned shocks are included front and rear.
4-Link Conversion
The BDS 4-Link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength ¼-inch steel brackets to mount HD upper and lower control arms, correcting axle positioning and limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.
Pro-Ride Coil Springs
A pair of full-length, diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs are included to provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.
Steering Correction
A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle after the lift. A heavy-duty track bar drop bracket keeps the pitman arm and track bar in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.

Important Notes
- If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required (BDS123402).
- 37 x 12.50 tires may require minor trimming.
- Block kit option will fit both 2 and 3 leaf main trucks.
- If your truck is equipped with a factory rear sway bar, add part number 123005.
