Rear lift is achieved via a leaf spring configuration: multi-leaf progressive design for smooth ride, maintains factory payload weight ratings, anti-friction pads for a smooth and quiet ride, and reduces axle wrap for a more controlled and stable feel. Shocks upgraded to FOX 2.0 Performance Series: 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Overview

This 6-inch 4-Link lift kit from BDS Suspension is engineered for 2017–2019 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel trucks. The kit is designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, providing clearance for up to 38-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, a 4-Link control arm conversion, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and custom-tuned nitrogen charged shocks. A transfer case indexing ring featuring ARP studs and a new high-clearance transmission crossmember are supplied to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer U-bolts, and brake line brackets, with shock options available to suit your performance needs.

4-Link Conversion

The BDS 4-Link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning and limit caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs are supplied to provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

Transfer Case Indexing

A precision-built transfer case indexing ring featuring ARP studs clocks the transfer case to improve the front driveline operating angle at this lift height. A high-clearance transmission crossmember is also supplied to provide sufficient clearance.

Important Notes

• If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required (BDS123402).
• 38 x 13.50 tires may require minor trimming.
• Some models may be factory equipped with a 2-leaf main rear leaf spring pack and others a 3-leaf main. Be sure to order the correct option when customizing your kit.
• The transfer case indexing ring will not fit 6.2L vehicles equipped with the 6R100 transmission.
• If your truck is equipped with a factory rear sway bar, add: 123005.
• The indexing ring has not been designed to work on manual shift transfer case models. Modification of the shift cable mount will be required.
