Configured with a 5 Inch Rear Block Kit for a level-to-tail-high stance. Equipped with FOX 2.0 Performance Series rear shocks featuring a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Overview

BDS Suspension offers a 2WD-specific 6 inch lift kit suspension system for the 2015–2020 Ford F150 2WD. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to provide clearance for up to 37-inch tires. The kit takes advantage of BDS's high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for on-road handling.

Up front, the kit utilizes high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, top-mounted strut spacers, and a skid plate designed for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. Sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, and all necessary hardware are included. In the rear, high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts lift and level the stance, paired with your choice of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

Important Notes

• 18-inch wheels with 5–5.5 inches total backspacing should be tested before mounting to ensure proper clearance to BDS steering knuckle.
• 18-inch or larger diameter wheels are required. Stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled.
• Stock 20-inch wheels can be used with up to 305/60-20 tires.
• The 4-inch blocks will net a level/tail-LOW stance. The 5-inch blocks will net a level/tail-HIGH stance.
• Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop shim kit #122406.
• This system will work on Diesel models.
• Will not fit HD models (7 lug).
• This kit is FMVSS No. 126 Compliant.
