This 4-inch suspension lift kit from BDS Suspension is engineered specifically for the 2010–2013 Ford F150 Raptor 4WD, allowing fitment of 37-inch tires. After extensive engineering, BDS determined that the 4-inch lift height provides the best compatibility with the factory-equipped FOX Shocks while maintaining the full range of suspension travel afforded by the factory suspension components. The kit employs a high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection, while correcting suspension and steering geometry for proper on-road handling.
Up front, the kit uses high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, top-mounted strut spacers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, and a skid plate designed for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height using a pair of CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. Sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, and all necessary hardware are included. In the rear, high-strength lift blocks and longer U-bolts lift and level the stance, while rear shock relocation brackets maintain the factory FOX internal bypass rear shocks.
