BDS 4 Inch Lift Kit | 2014 Ford F150 Raptor 4WD

Overview

This 4-inch suspension lift kit by BDS Suspension is engineered specifically for the 2014 Ford F150 Raptor 4WD. After extensive development, BDS determined that the 4-inch lift height provides the optimal balance between increased ride height and full compatibility with the factory-equipped FOX Shocks, preserving the complete range of factory suspension travel. The kit employs BDS's high-clearance design to improve ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for proper on-road handling.

Up front, the kit features high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, top-mounted strut spacers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, and a skid plate designed for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height using a pair of CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, and alignment cam bolts. In the rear, high-strength lift blocks and longer U-bolts lift and level the stance, while rear shock relocation brackets maintain the factory FOX internal bypass rear shocks.
