BDS 6 Inch Lift Kit | 2014 Ford F150 2WD | 5 Inch Block Kit w/ NX2 Nitro Series Shocks

Configured with a 5 Inch Rear Block Kit for a level-to-tail-high stance and NX2 Nitro Series rear shocks featuring a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.

Overview

BDS Suspension's 2WD-specific 6-inch lift kit for the 2014 Ford F150 2WD is engineered to improve stance, performance, and off-road capability while providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. The kit leverages a high-clearance design built around laser-cut, CNC-machined ductile cast iron steering knuckles and high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height, maintaining proper function and ESC system compatibility. Up front, top-mounted strut spacers, a front skid plate system, sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, and alignment cam bolts combine to create a comprehensive front suspension lift. In the rear, lift blocks, U-bolts, and your choice of rear shock and block kit complete the system. This kit is FMVSS No. 126 compliant.

Important Notes

• 18-inch or larger diameter wheels required. Stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled. Stock 20-inch wheels can be used with up to 305/60-20 tires.
• E-brake bracket required for factory powersteps (part #123018).
• Block kits replace the factory 1-1/4-inch block. The 4-inch blocks will net a level/tail-low stance. The 5-inch blocks will net a level/tail-high stance.
• Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop shim kit #122406.
• Will not fit HD models (7 lug).
