Configured with NX2 Nitro Series shocks and Fixed Sway Bar Links. The NX2 Nitro Series features a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, dual-welded ends for increased strength, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.

Fixed sway bar links are heavy-duty steel construction with zinc finish and polyurethane hourglass bushings for long life and quiet operation. These links improve handling with a proper sway bar operating angle.

Overview

This 4-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for the 2012–2018 Jeep Wrangler JK 2-Door. The kit includes everything necessary to improve stance and provide clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit features 4-inch Pro-Ride coil springs capable of full coil bind and 3-inch bump stop extensions to control compression travel while increasing wheel travel. Also included are brake line brackets, sway bar links, a front track bar relocation bracket, and a pitman arm to improve steering and handling geometry. Fixed length lower control arms with OE-grade rubber bushings re-position the front axle for proper alignment. In the rear, the kit utilizes Pro-Ride coil springs, sway bar drop brackets, and a rear frame-mounted track bar relocation bracket to correct axle shift. Fixed length rear lower control arms and adjustable rear upper arms are included for proper rear axle position and pinion angle correction.

Pro-Ride coil springs are full-length, progressive rate units manufactured from high tensile steel with properly sized wire diameter for maximum reliability. A forged drop pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar drop bracket work together to optimize steering geometry and keep components in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.

Important Notes

• Will not fit 2WD models.
• The fixed front and rear lower control arms can be upgraded to flex or adjustable arms listed in the accessories.
• The front driveshaft is maxed out at full droop and on certain models, the driveshaft boot can contact the transmission pan. Replacement of the front driveshaft is recommended.
• Exhaust modification may be required.
