BDS 4.5 Inch Lift Kit | Jeep Wrangler JK (2007-2011) 4-Door | FOX 2.0 Performance Series Shocks w/ Sway Bar Disconnects

Configured with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks and sway bar quick disconnects. The FOX 2.0 features a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a large 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, and application-specific valving for maximum performance.

The sway bar quick disconnects feature stainless tapered mounting posts, self-align bushings for on/off capability on unlevel surfaces, and spherical bushings providing unrestricted 360 degrees of rotation with 11 degrees of misalignment. Required for use on Rubicon models with electronic disconnect.

Overview

This 4.5-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for the 2007–2011 Jeep Wrangler JK 4-Door and provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes 4-inch Pro-Ride coil springs capable of full coil bind and 3-inch bump stop extensions to control compression travel while increasing wheel travel. Brake line brackets, sway bar links, a front track bar relocation bracket, and a forged drop pitman arm are included to improve steering and handling geometry. Fixed length lower control arms with OE-grade rubber bushings re-position the front axle for proper alignment. In the rear, Pro-Ride coil springs, sway bar drop brackets, and a frame-mounted rear track bar relocation bracket correct axle shift, while fixed length rear lower control arms and adjustable rear upper control arms maintain proper axle position and pinion angle.

Important Notes

Will not fit 2WD models. The fixed front and rear lower control arms can be upgraded to the flex or adjustable arms listed in the accessories. The front driveshaft is maxed out at full droop and on certain models the driveshaft boot can contact the transmission pan. Replacement of the front driveshaft is recommended. Exhaust modification may be required. This kit is FMVSS No. 126 Compliant.
