Configured with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks featuring a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.
This 6.5-inch lift kit with long arm conversion from BDS Suspension is designed for 2007–2018 Jeep Wrangler 4-Door models. The kit provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires and improves on the factory 4-link with a redesigned 4-link long arm system to enhance articulation and control throughout wheel travel.
Up front, the kit includes new pivot mounts constructed from 1/4-inch thick steel, heavy duty lower flex arms, adjustable upper flex arms, 4-inch Pro-Ride coil springs capable of full coil bind, and 3-inch bump stop extensions to control compression travel while increasing wheel travel. Also included are braided stainless steel brake lines, sway bar links, a front track bar relocation bracket, and a pitman arm to improve steering and handling geometry.
In the rear, the kit utilizes new pivot mounts designed to work with heavy duty lower flex arms, adjustable upper flex arms, Pro-Ride coil springs, sway bar drop brackets, and a rear frame-mounted track bar relocation bracket to correct axle shift.
The long arm conversion upgrades the standard control arms with massive 1/4-inch steel frame-mounted brackets and oversized upper and lower formed long arms. The arms are formed for maximum tire clearance and allow the stock control arm tabs to remain on the vehicle. Upper arms are solid stock, while the heavy wall tubular lower arms utilize oversized greaseable polyurethane bushings for road vibration isolation.
Full-length, gas-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs are included to provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. Manufactured from high tensile steel with properly sized wire diameter, these direct OE replacement coil springs are engineered for maximum reliability without premature coil bind.
Will not fit 2WD models. The front and rear driveshafts are maxed out at full droop. The front driveshaft boot can contact the transmission pan at extreme articulation on some models. Replacement of the front and rear driveshafts are recommended. Exhaust modification may be required.
