Overview

Build the ultimate 2023–2026 Ford F450 Super Duty diesel-powered truck with this 2.5-inch radius arm lift kit featuring FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilover shocks. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, the kit includes everything needed to set your truck up with clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit features diesel-specific FOX 2.5 coilover shocks, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a high-strength 1-3/8-inch solid steel track bar for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and secondary FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks. In the rear, a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer U-bolts, and a matching set of FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks complete the package.

FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks deliver next-level performance for on-road comfort and off-road capability. Tuned and ready to install out of the box, these 2.5-inch diameter bolt-on shocks include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep temperatures in check under hard use. The DSC adjuster provides 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels via two adjuster knobs, while the black anodized aluminum reservoir increases cooling efficiency. Heavy-duty tubular radius arms replace the factory stamped steel units, mounting in the factory location with caster adjustment and OE-style rubber bushings for smooth, quiet, service-free operation. The BDS adjustable track bar, built from 1-3/8-inch solid steel stock, recenters the front axle and arrives pre-assembled with bushings ready to bolt into the factory mounting points.

Important Notes

• Fits diesel models only.
• These kits are designed for the F-450 style front end. They do not work with the standard Ford Super Duty F-250/350 axle width.
• Vehicles with radius arm mounted ride height sensors will require BDS123303.
• Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to brake line clearance required. Use recommended specifications listed in the tire and wheel fitment section.
• Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs.
• Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, light detection and ranging (LiDAR), and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of vehicle features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control systems, and other functions as they did prior to installation.
