Improve handling and driveability of your 1987–1995 Ford Ranger, Bronco II, F150, F250, or F350 by installing a BDS Alignment Cam. These cams allow you to adjust caster or camber in the front end, increasing stability and bringing your Ford back into factory alignment specifications when lifted with a BDS suspension system.

Important Notes

• Early 1990 models may require part #129101.
• Does not work with trucks equipped with OE rear sway bars.
