Overview

This "belly up" style skid pan is constructed from 3/16" steel and engineered for serious off-road use. On 2002–2006 models, the BDS belly pan increases ground clearance by 1-1/4"; on 1997–2002 models, ground clearance is increased by 1/2". Unlike competing belly-up pans, the BDS system includes a new transmission mount, allowing for additional ground clearance without requiring motor mount changes. The pan is designed to fit both stock and BDS lifted applications. Rubicon models are compatible with minor modifications. Compatible with all 6-cylinder applications except 2003–2006 automatics.

Important Notes

• This belly pan will not work on applications with a 4-cylinder motor.
• This pan will not fit 2003–2006 Automatic models with a 6-cylinder motor.
• This pan will not work with a transfer case drop system.
• Exhaust modification to the hanger on the transmission mount may be required depending upon the model year / transmission.
