Overview

Upgrade the weak factory stamped steel radius arms on your 2023–2026 Ford F250, F350, F450, F550, or F600 Super Duty 4WD with the BDS Heavy Duty Radius Arm Upgrade. Built from 1-3/4" OD heavy wall steel tubing with support gussets and full welds, these tubular radius arms deliver increased strength, improved tire and ground clearance, and caster correction for lifted applications. Designed to correct suspension geometry when used with 2–6" lift kits, they feature an OE-style rubber bushing to isolate NVH with zero maintenance required. Lower cam slots allow for easy caster adjustment, and the design provides additional clearance advantages over traditional drop bracket setups.
