Overview

Upgrade the weak factory stamped arms on your 2005–2022 Ford F250 or F350 Super Duty 4WD with the BDS Heavy Duty Radius Arm Upgrade. Built from 1-3/4" OD heavy wall steel tubing, these tubular radius arms are gusseted and fully welded for superior strength. Designed to correct suspension geometry when used with 2–6" lift kits, they offer more tire clearance, improved ground clearance over drop brackets, and caster correction for lifted applications. A larger OE-style rubber bushing isolates vibrations with zero maintenance required, and lower cam slots allow for easy caster adjustment.
