The BDS 4-inch Radius Arm Lift Kit is engineered for the 2023–2026 Ford F-450 Super Duty 4WD (diesel models only). Built around heavy-duty DOM steel radius arms, this kit prioritises durability, straightforward design, and long-term reliability — qualities well-suited to the demands of heavy-duty truck use including towing and hauling. The front end is upgraded with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilovers for responsive, comfortable performance on- and off-road. Steering geometry correction is addressed with a forged drop pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep suspension components in phase through travel.

Important Notes
- Fits diesel models only.
- These kits are designed for the F-450 style front end. They do not work with the standard Ford Super Duty F-250/350 axle width.
- Vehicles with radius arm mounted ride height sensors will require BDS123303.
- Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to brake line clearance requirements. Use recommended specifications listed in the tire and wheel fitment section.
- Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs.
- Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, LiDAR, and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control, and other functions as they operated prior to installation.
