Configured with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks featuring a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, and a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft. CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, race-developed high-flow piston design, and application-specific valving to maximize performance. Long-lasting clear anodized finish.
Overview
The BDS 4-Inch Radius Arm Lift Kit is designed for 2023–2026 Ford F-450 Super Duty 4WD diesel trucks. In place of the factory stamped steel radius arms, BDS supplies heavy-duty tubular DOM steel radius arms that mount into the factory location, restore proper caster angle, axle alignment, and suspension geometry, and deliver predictable steering and stable handling under towing and hauling loads. OE-style rubber bushings at the frame mounts isolate noise and vibration for a smooth, quiet ride with no ongoing maintenance required. Steering geometry is optimized through the inclusion of a forged drop pitman arm and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep components in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle. This kit is available with a choice of three shock configurations: BDS NX2 Nitro Series, FOX 2.0 Performance Series, or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite with DSC adjusters.
Features
- Heavy-duty tubular DOM steel radius arms replace factory stamped steel units
- Radius arms mount in factory location and restore proper caster angle, axle alignment, and suspension geometry
- Caster adjustment accommodates a wide range of lift heights
- OE-style rubber bushings at frame mounts isolate noise and vibration — no greasing or maintenance required
- BDS forged drop pitman arm maximizes steering radius at 4 inches of lift
- Heavy-duty track bar drop bracket keeps steering components in phase through suspension travel and recenters the front axle
- Choice of shock options: BDS NX2 Nitro Series, FOX 2.0 Performance Series, or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite with DSC

Important Notes
- Fits diesel models only.
- These kits are designed for the F-450 style front end. They do not work with the standard Ford Super Duty F-250/350 axle width.
- Vehicles with radius arm mounted ride height sensors will require BDS123303.
- Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to brake line clearance required. Use recommended specifications listed in the tire and wheel fitment section.
- Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs.
- Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, light detection and ranging (LiDAR), and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of vehicle features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control systems, and other functions as they did prior to installation. Please connect with your local dealership or ADAS service center.
- Similar to a wheel alignment, all charges and expenses that may occur from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
