Configured with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. Features a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, and application-specific valving to maximize performance. Long-lasting clear anodized finish.
Overview
The BDS 4-Inch 4-Link Lift Kit is engineered for the 2023–2026 Ford F-450 Super Duty 4WD, delivering improved strength, stability, and ride quality whether towing, hauling, or running off-road. This system replaces the factory radius arms with a heavy-duty 4-link setup that improves axle control, reduces binding, and delivers smoother suspension movement throughout the entire range of travel. The 4-link design provides more consistent caster angles, enhanced articulation, and improved tracking under acceleration and braking — advantages that are especially noticeable on larger Super Duty platforms like the F-450.
The kit includes full-length Pro-Ride coil springs for correct lift height and predictable ride across various terrains. Steering geometry is corrected via a forged drop pitman arm and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket, keeping components in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle. Multiple shock options are available to suit different performance requirements.
Features
- BDS 4-Link suspension conversion replaces factory stamped steel radius arms for optimized suspension geometry
- High-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning
- Holds caster angle throughout wheel travel, limiting caster change during suspension movement
- Superior axle articulation compared to radius arm designs
- Better suspension geometry prevents anti-dive under braking for a more planted feel
- Pro-Ride full-length coil springs provide correct 4-inch lift height and smooth, predictable ride
- BDS forged drop pitman arm maximizes steering radius at 4 inches of lift
- Heavy-duty track bar drop bracket recenters the front axle and keeps steering components in phase
- Choice of shock options ranging from BDS NX2 Nitro Series to FOX 2.5 Performance Elite

Important Notes
- Fits diesel models only.
- These kits are designed for the F-450 style front end. They do not work with the standard Ford Super Duty F-250/350 axle width.
- Vehicles with radius arm mounted ride height sensors will require BDS123303.
- Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to brake line clearance requirements. Use recommended specifications listed in the tire and wheel fitment section.
- Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs.
- Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, light detection and ranging (LiDAR), and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of vehicle features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control systems, and other functions as they did prior to installation. Please connect with your local dealership or ADAS service center.
- Similar to a wheel alignment, all charges and expenses that may occur from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
