ReadyLIFT Ford F-150 OEM-style 3" Rear Block Kits are available for 2004-2020 Ford F-150 4WD applications. These Rear Block Kits include two (2) 3" Rear Blocks, four (4) E-Coated U-Bolts, eight (8) Nuts and Washers and will safely lift the rear of your 2004-2020 Ford F-150 4WD truck. Note: 2004-2008 4WD F-150 will gain 1.0" of additional lift when replacing your factory block with ReadyLIFT 66-2053.
