Fabtech's world-renowned IFS suspension design for the Ford F150 provides excellent drive ability both on and off-road. There is zero bump steer throughout the suspension cycle that helps reduce driver fatigue while improving the overall drive ability of the vehicle. The factory coilover shocks are relocated from the bottom to allow for full steering while achieving 6 in. of lift. At the rear of the vehicle, the factory 2 in. block is replaced with a 5 in.
