Delivery Time

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed.

Some orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may be delayed in their shipping process. In other cases, some orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. In these particular instances, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price.

Custom products or specialty items that are made to order may also require additional lead time for delivery depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location.

"3-Day", "2-Day" and "Next Day" shipping methods indicates the transit time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier and does not include the processing time. 

Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

Pricing

Some shipping quotes given online are not necessarily accurate and may need to be recalculated manually. This most commonly occurs with orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

In the event of any additional shipping charges or alterations to your shipping total, we will attempt to contact you and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes.

Shipping Methods

For most orders, we ship using UPS, FEDEX and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous states.

Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are over-sized, overweight, or need some type of special handling. In these instances our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery.

Product Pricing Policy

While Buck's 4x4 and our affiliates do our best to ensure that the information viewed on our website is as accurate and error-free as possible, mistakes do occur. We do not warrant that product descriptions and all other content of this website to be entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

Additionally, barring any pricing inaccuracies, items in your shopping cart should always reflect the most recent price, as is also displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first place it in your cart.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog or on our website may be mispriced. In the event of a pricing inaccuracy, we will proceed at our discretion as follows:

  1. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
  2. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will take one of the following actions:
    • Your order will be held and we will attempt to contact you for further instruction regarding you order
    • Your order will be cancelled and we will notify you of the cancellation immediately
